March 1st Eastham Real Estate Snapshot

Here is the March 1st, 2020, snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 5 sales for February, down 9 from January. February is normally our slowest month. Inventory levels are up from last month (and last year at this time). As the winter comes to an end, I expect the Buyers to wake up from their deep sleep.

My January 1st, 2020, Eastham Market Snapshot

Here is the January 1st, 2020,  snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 11 sales for December, down 5 from November, an OK December. Year-end, full-year sales were down about 1.3% from last year.  Inventory levels have entered the winter 'slump', at 52 (down 6). As the winter begins, the number of active Buyers slows dramatically, as you'd expect.
