My Year-End 2019 Report Is Available Now!

My February 2020 newsletter is available to download. This issue has my year-end 2019 Eastham market report. My January 1st, 2020, Eastham Market Snapshot

Here is the January 1st, 2020,  snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 11 sales for December, down 5 from November, an OK December. Year-end, full-year sales were down about 1.3% from last year.  Inventory levels have entered the winter 'slump', at 52 (down 6). As the winter begins, the number of active Buyers slows dramatically, as you'd expect.
