My January 2020 newsletter is available to download. This issue has my Eastham market report through November.  Also in this newsletter are my Year-End preview, a 'Looking Forward' to 2020 and an article on listing your home in the spring. My December 1st Eastham Real Estate Snapshot

Here is the December 1st, 2019, snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 16 sales for November, down 10 from October. This is a bit below most Novembers, but remember that October was very robust. This brings the total year-to-date sales number to 136, compared to 130 a year ago.  Inventory levels have started their descent to their mid-winter lows.   

Thanksgiving has come and gone. The 'winter buying season'' has begun. Winter buyers bring their checkbook. Enjoy the holidays!   (Click on table to enlarge it for easier reading).
