Eastham's February 2017 sales were a little better than 'normal' for a February. February, historically, is the low month of the year. Last year, a really good year, we had 6 home sales. This year, we also had 6 sales in February. The [corrected] details.....
The 6 February sales totaled approximately $2.3M - the average home sale price was $383K.
The median sale price in February was $376K.
As of March 1st there were 63 active single family listings in Eastham (up 4 from a month ago) with an average list price of $730K and a median list price of $550K.
