My Eastham September Snapshot

Here is the September, 2019, snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 11 sales for August, up 1 from July, and down 1 from last August, bringing the year-to-date sales number to 83, just 1 ahead of 2018.  Inventory levels continue to be good, but both the average and median prices for the listed homes continue to be way up compared with what's actually selling.
