Eastham Market Snapshot - May 1st

Here is the May 1st, 2019, snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 6 sales for April, down 4 from March, right on track for an April, and bringing the year-to-date sales number to exactly where we were last year.  Inventory levels are staying about the same and still providing a fair number of nice homes at most price points.
