Eastham Real Estate Snapshot - August 1, 2018

Here is the August 1st snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 8 sales for July, half the number of June. Year-to-date sales are down about 10% from last year.  Inventory levels are roughly level at just under 70, relatively low when compared to prior years.  I'm expecting inventories to improve as the fall listing come on the market during mid-to-late August. And, I'm still looking for those summer buyers.  (Click on table to enlarge it for easier reading).
