May 1st Eastham Real Estate Market Snapshot

#EasthamDreamHere  Here is the May 1st snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had only 7 sales for April, indicating a continued slow, but improving,  winter season, with most of these transactions beginning before the ugly March snows.  Inventory levels continue to be lower than we've seen in recent years, but also improving with the weather.  I'm expecting inventories to continue to improve now that a 'real' spring is upon us.  (Click on table to enlarge it for easier reading).
