April 1st Snapshot of the Eastham Market

#EasthamDreamHere  Here is the April 1st snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had only 3 (three) sales for March, indicating a continued slow (VERY slow) winter season.  Inventory levels continue to be lower than we've seen in recent years, and holding steady.  I'm expecting inventories to improve once we're sure that the snow is over - providing the fuel for another pretty good year.  (Click on table to enlarge it for easier reading).
