March 1st Snapshot of the Eastham Real Estate Market

#EasthamDreamHere  Here is the March 1st snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had only 1 (one) sale for February, indicating a slow (VERY slow) winter season.  Inventory levels continue to be lower than we've seen in recent years, but improving as spring finally gets here.  I'm expecting inventories to improve over the next month or so - providing the fuel for another pretty good year.  (Click on table to enlarge it for easier reading).
