• The 14 June sales totaled approximately $6.1M - the average home sale price was $434K. 
• The median sale price in June was $390K.
• There are currently 73 active single family home listings in Eastham, with an average list price of $674K and a median list price of $509K.
• The average days-on-market is 208 days.
