Eastham's May sales show that we continue to lag last years' numbers. We had 8 sales in May, bringing the year-to-date sales to 38, down from the 45 we had last year at this time

- Total May sales were approximately $3.8M - the average home sale price was $470K. (Please note that the 8 sales ran from a minimum of $215K to a max of $1.1M, skewing the average far north of the median).
- The median sale price in May was $378K.
- There are currently 104 active single family listings in Eastham (down from last month's 108), with an average list price of $724K and a medium list price of $577K.
- The average days-on-market is currently 225 days.
