Outer Cape Real Estate - Prices By Town

I recently had a call from a client who asked about the relative prices of homes in Eastham versus the neighboring and nearby Outer Cape towns. Check out the graph, below.  You'll see that Eastham is one of the more affordable towns at this end of the Cape. Eastham is slightly more expensive than Harwich and Brewster, but less expensive than Orleans, Chatham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown, based on both the average and median prices for single family homes in 2010.
