You may have seen my post about the Captain's Quarters Motel going to auction. It told of a public auction, scheduled for the end of November, where the 75 unit motel was being sold. Well, the sale is complete. Apparently a Panama City, Florida, group purchased the motel for $1.7M. We'll have to stay tuned to see what's next for the motel.
