Eastham Market Snapshot - December 1st, 2018

Here is the December 1st snapshot of the Eastham real estate market (single family homes). We had 20 sales for November, up 5 from October. Year-to-date sales are now up, about 5% from last year.  Inventory levels are starting to enter the winter 'slump', at 67 (down 8), relatively low when compared to some prior years.  As the Holiday season begins, the number of active Buyers starts to slow, as expected.
