Eastham's June Sales - A Record Pace
Eastham's June 2017 sales put us on a record breaking path. June had 15 sales, bringing our year-to-date sales to 66. Wow! The details.....
Also, check out my new video (it's just a minute!).
- The 15 June sales totaled approximately $8.4M - the average home sale price was $563K.
- The median sale price in June was $507K.
- As of July 1st there were 54 active single family listings in Eastham (down 1 from last month) with an average list price of $718K and a median list price of $555K.
- The average days-on-market is 163 days.
