November Sales - Not Bad For A November
Eastham's November 2016 sales were pretty good, but a tad behind last month. This year, we had 14 sales in November, down only 1 from October. The 'real' story, however is the low active inventory. It's at levels we haven't seen since 2005. Ugh! The details.....
- The 14 November sales totaled approximately $7.2M - the average home sale price was $511K.
- The median sale price in November was $408K.
- There are currently 60 active single family home listings in Eastham, with an average list price of $769K and a median list price of $550K.
- The average days-on-market is 232 days.
