July Sales for Eastham - Healthy!

Eastham's July 2016 sales were pretty good, ahead of July of last year, but a tad behind last month. This year, we had 12 sales in July, down 2 from June. The details.....

• The 12 July sales totaled approximately $5.4M - the average home sale price was $451K. 
• The median sale price in July was $411K.
• There are currently 74 active single family home listings in Eastham, with an average list price of $703K and a median list price of $519K.
• The average days-on-market is 201 days.
