Eastham's May Sales - Pretty Good!
Eastham's May 2016 sales, although fairly good, put us a little behind of last year's pace. This year, we had 12 sales in May, as we did in April. The details.....
- The 12 May sales totaled approximately $5.4M - the average home sale price was $476K.
- The median sale price in May was $332K.
- There are currently 84 active single family home listings in Eastham, with an average list price of $647K and a median list price of $491K.
- The average days-on-market is 214 days.
