My October 2015 market report is available now! This issue has my market report through August, the Town of Eastham Private Road Snow Removal Policy, photos of the Windmill Weekend sand sculpture contest, Eastham new construction, and an affordable housing proposal.
This newsletter has been published every month for almost 13 years. My aim, with this newsletter, is to provide accurate sales and market information about the Eastham housing marketplace, to add commentary and opinion (as appropriate), and to keep it interesting. September 11, 2001 - Please Remember With Me ...
September 11th - I remember watching as the second plane hit one of the towers. It hit me that what was happening was no accident, but the end of innocence for the US. What was to happen over the next few weeks, as the death toll increased and as we understood the depth of commitment to service of the many firemen and policemen who gave their lives in search of survivors, will be impossible for me to forget.
Please remember with me.
Please remember with me.

Eastham's Private Road Snow Removal Policy for 2015
Of note, all folks who reside on a private road need to agree that they would like the Town to plow it before it will be considered.
