June 2015 Eastham Sales - Continuing A Healthy Trend

Eastham's June sales continued the 'up' trend begun last month. Winter's ugly head is behind us and sales are moving right along.  We had 18 sales in June, the best June since June, 2012.  The details.....
  • Total 18 June sales totaled approximately $7.6M - the average home sale price was $420K. 
  • The median sale price in June was $411K.
  • There are currently 102 active single family listings in Eastham (the same as June 1st), with an average list price of $609K and a medium list price of $469K.
  • The average days-on-market is currently 201 days.
