#EasthamDreamHere  Here is a snapshot of the Eastham real estate market. Sales seem to have stalled, with September sales significantly under September 2016's sales. Although up, inventory remains lower than normal. We should have a pretty good year, but unlikely a record year. (Click on table to enlarge it for easier reading).
