• The 2018 assessment information is intended to represent home values as of 1/1/2017
• The median single family residential home assessment for 2018 is $412,600, up 1.9% from the 2017 median assessment
• The average assessed value is $477,628 (up 2.1%)
• There were 5,125 single family homes in Eastham as of 1/1/2017  (up 7 from 2016)
• The total assessed value for Eastham's single family residences is $2.448 Billion (up 2.3%)

The 2018 real estate tax rate for Eastham will be $8.35/thousand (up 5.7%). The tax on the median-valued home will be $3,445.
