Eastham's January Sales - Off to a Good Start!
Eastham's January 2017 sales were pretty good as we start a new year, ahead of the 8 sales we had in January 2016. This year, we had 10 sales in January, down only 3 from December. The 'real' story, however, continues to be the low active inventory. It's at levels we haven't seen since 2005. Ugh! The details.....
- The 10 January sales totaled approximately $6.4M - the average home sale price was $642K. There were 3 homes sold at over $1M.
- The median sale price in January was $406,500.
- There are currently 59 active single family home listings in Eastham, with an average list price of $722K and a median list price of $530K.
- The average days-on-market is 251 days.
