Eastham's March Sales - Down from Last Year

Eastham's March 2016 sales were about half of last year's number, but remember how strange 2015's weather was - snow into April. This year, we had 5 sales in March. The details.....
  • The 5 March sales totaled approximately $1.9M - the average home sale price was $374K. 
  • The median sale price in March was $402K.
  • There are currently 99 active single family and condo listings in Eastham (up 18 from a month ago), with an average list price of $564K and a median list price of $444K. (Note - This uptick in listings is exaggerated by a change in the way the MLS  is categorizing listings.)
  • The average days-on-market is 184 days.
